AMD EPYC 7352 vs Intel Xeon Silver 4310

The AMD EPYC 7352 is newer than Intel Xeon Silver 4310 @ 2.10GHz also around 45% faster in multi-threaded (CPU Mark) testing, but Intel Xeon Silver 4310 @ 2.10GHz is around 10% faster in single-thread testing. However, AMD EPYC 7352 uses around 25% more power.
